Maison Fossier Reims Cathédrale

You'll be tickled pink

Pink biscuits, croquignoles, Charles VII... Maison Fossier, the mother of "Biscuits Roses de Reims" was founded in 1756, and like Proust's Madeleine is from Reims!

It may have managed to retain its status as a "traditional biscuit factory", but it will also make you unable to resist in one of its pastel-toned shops...

There's no doubt the famous crunchy, melt-in-your-mouth biscuit, which goes so beautifully with champagne, still has a bright future!
