Le Gallais Champagne is produced on the Château de Boursault family estate, overlooking the Marne Valley.

The tour will take you through the entire winemaking cycle, from the wine press to the vat room, then in the vineyards and the Château grounds, ending with a tasting in the Terrasse des Abbayes, a glass lounge with a beautiful view of the Marne Valley and the Château de Boursault (reservation required).

For groups of eight people and more, Le Gallais Champagne offers a four-hour tour with brunch and a participatory tour of the cellars.
