Louis de Sacy, an illustrious man of letters in the 18th century and ancestor to the family, would be proud to see his name flying on the flag of Verzy.
An extremely rare 100% Grand Cru champagne, wines demonstrating expertise and an advanced winemaking technique, such as the Cuvée "Nue" (meaning naked) that has had no dosage added, is unlabelled – completely "au naturel".
