Both imposing and harmonious, the church also houses a number of treasures, including a painting by Brother Luc François, a canopied altar and the Grand Organ, which was originally from Trois-Fontaines Abbey.

During World War I the building was requisitioned for use as a hospital. Operating rooms were set up in the chapels, and patients lay on beds of straw in the aisles...
