A timeless village!

From the Champagne-style house, with its furniture recounting the life of a winegrowing family, to the village school frozen in time, with inkwells, smocks, oilskin coats and the dreaded dunce cap! Oeuilly is bathed in a 1900s atmosphere...

Be sure to linger a while at the distillery, a former public distillation workshop with several machines from the early 1900s and a reconstruction of a cooperage.

Highlight:
The ecomuseum offers a "Certificat d’Etudes" dictation activity from time to time... with quills! Good fun and giggles guaranteed!
