Ruling the roast...
A pretty bistro in the village of Ay where the range of meats and cooking styles are diverse. Jarret (knuckle), entrecôte (steak), tête de veau (calf's head)... not to mention the grilled chicken and chips which here is a dish that is most enjoyable to savour, and not just for Sunday lunch.
Special commendation for the chips in small portions (but really fresh). For a dinner with friends or a family lunch, the aroma of grilled meat is a plus, as is the "rare" service.
