Taken over in 2013 by Laurence and Pierre Cuasante, Le Cheval Blanc (the white horse) is as charming as ever, the food creatively and skilfully prepared, good quality "bistroesque" cuisine, and if you have preconceptions about sweetbreads, try the ones on the menu... they're divine.
We love the chic, trendy décor, black and white tiles, carved horses... a modernism that breathes new life into this institution that dates back to the 1900s.
