Catherine and Thierry Prin would like to welcome you to their blue house, which is also a charming little hotel in the centre of Epernay.
Rustic décor, the cuisine is traditional showcasing local produce: poultry in champagne sauce, Chaource AOP (a cheese)... and of course the Champagne-style tiramisu!
