L'Assiette Champenoise TINQUEUX
A three-star dish!
A popular place for sampling French cuisine, L'Assiette Champenoise, with its three-star head chef Arnaud Lallement, is a reflection of the Champagne regional lifestyle. The food is sumptuous, the service perfect and the blue lobster (a tribute to its dad) simply divine.
Great wine and champagne list from smaller wineries, with the unique backdrop of wooded grounds conducive to relaxation... Champagne style.
