L'Atelier by Patrick Baillet, a master chocolatier based in Aÿ, is a tasting and sales outlet offering meals, chocolates, macarons, iced desserts, teas and ice creams. All the products are hand-made on the premises. The originality of this new venture is that it offers meals served in "BoKos" to eat in or take away. Customers can choose between four starters, four main dishes and four desserts prepared with ingredients mostly produced in our region using the principles of sustainable agriculture. Highlight: A terrace for sunny days.
