When Maximus took over the business from his parents in 2004, he was continuing a great family tradition. Combining the three varieties to perfection, the resulting wines are both different and very characteristic. The Brut won the gold medal at the Salon des Vignerons Independants in 2012. The cellars carved into the chalk are also brutally majestic.
