The elaborate story begins with a priest, "Dom Caudron", giving 1,000 francs to build a winemaking cooperative, and continues on its merry way...

You won't find any cellars here, instead there's an ecomuseum, a nearly 400-year-old wine press... and a footbridge overhanging eight metres above stainless steel tanks, each with a 500-hectolitre capacity!

Bubble, bubble, toil and trouble... never before has an introductory tour of wine-growing and -making allowed visitors to unravel as many mysteries!
