La Garenne CHAMPIGNY
Its location on a major road in Champigny could have been an obstacle. But since Pascal Guerin reopened the restaurant two years ago, it has been continuously gaining new fans!
Seasonal products – and more importantly ultra-local (Clovis mustards and vinegars, asparagus from Champagne, Cider from the Ardennes...) – come together to create quality French cuisine.
You have to love Le Lapin de la "Garenne" (literally rabbit from the warren, meaning wild rabbit), a thigh delicately braised with Clovis mustard from Reims...
