Denis Châtelet, from the Lorraine region, invites you to his kitchen on the outskirts of Vitry-le-François, to discover dishes like you've never seen before. Flavours, combinations and the classics of French cuisine are modernised, reinvented: ris de veau (sweetbreads), rognons (kidneys) and magrets (breasts) are transformed one by one into dishes that are enjoyed with the eyes before the taste buds.
