Spice up your life!

At Un Indien dans la Ville (an Indian in the city), you won't be part of a Slumdog Millionaire remake, nor will you see gorgeous women straight out of a Bollywood shoot, sorry.

However, you may learn that "spice" is called masala in Hindi, that curry and masala are not individual spices, but rather spice blends, and that chicken tandoori is named after the traditional Indian oven in which it was cooked, a "tandoor".
